How pre-registration information is handled.

1. Information collected

The form may collect your name, personal and business contact details, professional category, membership or licence details, LinkedIn profile, GST number if provided, address, services offered and uploaded supporting document.

2. Use of information

We use this information to review pre-registration submissions, prepare onboarding, contact applicants, prevent duplicate or spam submissions and maintain prelaunch records.

3. Sensitive documents

Upload only documents needed for professional review. Do not upload client documents, unrelated financial records or documents you are not authorized to share.

4. Storage and security

The prelaunch system encrypts many submitted personal fields before storage and restricts direct access to uploaded documents. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Sharing

Pre-registration information is used internally for review and onboarding preparation. We do not sell pre-registration information. Information may be shared where required by law or to protect the platform from misuse.

6. Retention

Information may be retained while prelaunch review, onboarding and platform preparation are ongoing. You may request deletion, subject to legal or operational requirements.

7. Your requests

You may request correction or deletion by emailing from the same email address used for pre-registration.
