Profile preparation
Approved professionals may be invited to complete full onboarding, service listings, bank details and profile settings inside the main platform.
Client enquiry flow
After launch, clients are expected to browse service listings, send enquiries, discuss scope in chat and receive itemised quotes from professionals.
Quote, payment and delivery
The ongoing product supports payment terms, direct payment tracking, receipt voucher/invoice records, document vault uploads and service completion marking.
